The Company did not have any transactions with the controlling shareholder indicated above during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010. If there is a possibility the Company will engage in new transactions with a controlling shareholder in the future, the Board of Directors will sufficiently discuss the appropriateness of the transaction details and the terms and conditions, and vote whether to approve the transactions.
