(hereinafter “the Company”) hereby announces the decision to additionaliy appoint an audit committee member in the selectional / appointment of various committee members as noticed in the determination of executive candidates on May 13, 2009 at the concerning of the first Board of Directors Meeting following the conclusion of the 57th annual General Shareholders Meeting held on June 19, 2009.
